Valvoline and Blood Cancer United, formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, brought their pediatric blood cancer awareness campaign to the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL for the NASCAR Cup Series Round of 12 elimination race, with William Byron's No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 as the canvas. The scheme was designed by pediatric blood cancer survivors, including 12-year-old survivor Palmer, whose message, "Stay joyful and be strong," appeared on the car. This officially licensed Lionel Racing diecast replicates Byron's Valvoline Blood Cancer United ROVAL scheme.
