Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an allocation for a product that has not been produced by the manufacturer yet and is therefore not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or full payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel pre-orders by contacting cancel@rexracingco.com and providing your name and order number. Your order will be refunded if you paid in full when you pre-ordered. Customers who cancel more than three pre-orders per calendar year will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee starting with their fourth cancellatin if they chose to pay at shipment, or a refund via store credit if they chose to pay up front. Pre-orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
