After two early-race collisions between the title rivals left Annunziata's No. 70 JBL Audio Toyota Camry damaged and scrambling for speed, Bollman's night ended in a separate crash, pushing him to 21st and tying the standings. Annunziata's earlier Lime Rock Park victory served as the tiebreaker, delivering Nitro Motorsports its first-ever ARCA championship in the 21-year-old's debut full-time season.
