Team Penske is a Mooresville, North Carolina based NASCAR team competing in the Cup Series with Ford. Roger Penske founded Penske Racing in 1966, and the organization has built one of the most decorated track records in motorsports across NASCAR, IndyCar, sports cars, and Formula One.

Team Penske has won five NASCAR Cup Series championships: Brad Keselowski in 2012, Joey Logano in 2018, 2022, and 2024, and Ryan Blaney in 2023. Logano became the most recent driver to win three Cup titles. The team has also captured five Xfinity Series owner's championships and won the Daytona 500 in 2008 with Ryan Newman, in 2015 with Logano, and in 2022 with Austin Cindric. Penske, inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2019, ranks third all-time among Cup Series owners with more than 160 wins.

For the 2026 Cup Series season, Team Penske fields three full-time entries: Austin Cindric in the No. 2, Ryan Blaney in the No. 12, and Joey Logano in the No. 22. The driver-crew chief pairings have remained largely stable across the team's recent run of championships, with Penske continuing as Ford's flagship NASCAR organization.
