Josh Berry drives the No. 21 Wood Brothers Racing Ford Mustang Dark Horse in the NASCAR Cup Series. Berry moved to the iconic Wood Brothers organization for 2025 after the closure of Stewart-Haas Racing and continues with the team in 2026.

Born October 22, 1990 in Hendersonville, Tennessee, Berry took an unconventional path to NASCAR's top division. He met team owner Dale Earnhardt Jr. through online sim racing in 2008 while racing legends cars at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway and working as a bank teller to fund his career. Earnhardt Jr. signed Berry to JR Motorsports in 2010, where Berry became the all-time winningest driver in CARS Tour history.

Berry has one NASCAR Cup Series victory, capturing his maiden Cup win at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in March 2025 in just his fifth start with Wood Brothers, his 53rd Cup start overall. The win marked the 101st all-time victory for the Wood Brothers organization. He earned five career NASCAR Xfinity Series wins with JR Motorsports between 2021 and 2022, including a 2022 Las Vegas victory that sent him to that year's Championship 4. He won the 2020 NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series national championship.

The Wood Brothers Racing team, the longest-running organization in NASCAR, partnered with Berry as part of its longstanding technical alliance with Team Penske. Berry resides in Davidson, North Carolina, with his wife Ginny and their daughters Mackenzie and Charlotte.
