Jesse Love drives the No. 2 Whelen Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series and the No. 33 Chevrolet for RCR on a part-time Cup Series schedule. The Menlo Park, California native, born January 14, 2005, is the reigning 2025 series champion entering 2026.

Love built his record-setting reputation in ARCA competition. He became the youngest champion in NASCAR-sanctioned history when he won the 2020 ARCA Menards Series West title at age 15, and he repeated as series champion in 2021. The 2023 ARCA Menards Series national championship featured Love winning half of the schedule's races. He joined RCR's second-tier program full-time in 2024 and earned Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors with a victory at Talladega.

His 2025 championship season produced wins at the Daytona International Speedway opener and the Phoenix Raceway finale, alongside nine top-five finishes and four pole positions. Love also made his Cup Series debut in 2025 with five starts split between RCR's No. 33 and Beard Motorsports' No. 62, posting a season-best 24th at Indianapolis.

Love is paired with crew chief Danny Stockman, who has guided him since their first season together in 2024. The 2026 part-time Cup schedule includes Circuit of The Americas, Talladega, and Charlotte. Love has stated his goal is to make 2026 his final year in the second-tier ranks before pursuing a full-time Cup ride in 2027.
