Haas Factory Team is a Kannapolis, North Carolina based NASCAR team competing in the Cup Series with Chevrolet. Gene Haas, founder of Haas Automation, owns the organization. The team launched in 2025 after the closure of Stewart-Haas Racing, the four-car powerhouse that Haas had co-owned with NASCAR Hall of Famer Tony Stewart from 2009 through 2024.

The Haas-owned NASCAR program traces back to 2002, when Haas founded Haas CNC Racing in partnership with Hendrick Motorsports. The Stewart-Haas Racing era produced two Cup Series championships, with Stewart winning in 2011 and Kevin Harvick in 2014, alongside two Xfinity Series titles and more than 100 race victories that included wins in the Daytona 500, Brickyard 400, and Southern 500. Haas Factory Team operates out of the same Kannapolis shop as its predecessor and retains one of the original four charters.

For the 2026 Cup Series season, Haas Factory Team fields a single full-time entry: Cole Custer (the son of team president Joe Custer) in the No. 41 Chevrolet. The team also operates two full-time entries in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series with Sheldon Creed in the No. 00 and Sam Mayer in the No. 41.

A significant 2026 change brought Haas Factory Team back to its roots. The organization switched from Ford to Chevrolet for the 2026 season, returning to the manufacturer that supported its earliest NASCAR efforts and forming a new technical alliance with Hendrick Motorsports, which now supplies engines for both the Cup and O'Reilly programs.
