Daniel Suárez drives the No. 7 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in the NASCAR Cup Series. Suárez moved to Spire for the 2026 season after five years at Trackhouse Racing, becoming the team's most accomplished Cup driver.

Born January 7, 1992 in Monterrey, Mexico, Suárez began in karting before climbing through the NASCAR Mexico Series and ARCA Menards Series East via the Drive for Diversity program. He made his Cup Series debut in 2017 and now resides in Huntersville, North Carolina, having become a dual citizen of Mexico and the United States in 2024.

Suárez has two NASCAR Cup Series victories, the first coming at Sonoma Raceway in 2022 to make him the first Mexican-born driver to win at NASCAR's top level, and the second at Atlanta Motor Speedway (now EchoPark Speedway) in February 2024 in a three-wide photo finish. He is the 2016 NASCAR Xfinity Series champion, the first foreign-born driver to win a major NASCAR national series title. In June 2025, he won an emotional Xfinity Series race at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in front of his home crowd in Mexico City.

Suárez voiced the character Daniel "Danny" Swervez in the 2017 Pixar film Cars 3. He married Julia Piquet, daughter of three-time Formula One World Champion Nelson Piquet, in 2024.
